plentymarkets provides its customers with the ideal basis for successfully selling items on multiple channels. In fact, there are very few online sellers in this day and age who still limit their businesses to only one sales channel. Amazon is one of the most sought after markets for sellers who want to offer their items outside of their own webshop. FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) was integrated into plentymarkets quite some time ago. It provides plentymarkets customers with an easy and useful solution for having Amazon ship items that were sold on this platform.

Another interesting option was made available to plentymarkets customers at the start of this year: They can use the Amazon Multi-Channel function in their plentymarkets systems. This gives customers the option of having Amazon ship items that were sold in the webshop, on eBay or on other markets. And it allows customers to manage the entire process in plentymarkets. Starting with the new plentymarkets version 4.4, this function can be used for Amazon's platforms in Germany, the USA, England, France, Spain and Italy. The only requirement is that the corresponding item needs to be stored in the Amazon warehouse.

The new function makes it much easier for online sellers to work with FBA. Now sales orders coming from the webshop or another market can easily and automatically be transferred to Amazon via the Seller Central interface. Additionally, the items stored in an Amazon warehouse will now also be displayed in plentymarkets and no longer have to be managed in the Amazon admin area.
