This year was our second time as an exhibitor at the Internet Retailing Expo, also called IRX, in Birmingham. Our entire UK team attended the expo, along with three colleagues from Germany. The IRX hosts over 150 exhibitors and more than 5000 visitors came to catch up on the latest developments in retail business.
This year’s IRX offered something for everyone in the retail business. This also reflects in the 20 % increase of attendees. The various conference themes included international & cross border, mobile in multichannel as well as multichannel merchandising and selling. All of these topics perfectly match the plentymarkets business focus and are permanent topics on our agenda. plentymarkets was established in Germany. Therefore, we are already experienced in running a successful e-commerce business in more than one country.
