Making your work with plentymarkets as ergonomic as possible is what drives us, day in and day out. For this purpose, we have developed a concept for perfect adaptation to your workflow. The first outcome of this is the new user interface (UI), "MyView". This is how you create CRM contacts. It is the first configurable user interface in plentymarkets. The best thing about it: you can start using it immediately! We are in close contact with our users and many more customisation options will follow.
With "MyView", we offer you maximum flexibility in selecting the position of input fields. This is how you build the UI that you like best. It is important to us that it adapts to your workflow – not the other way around. Curious as to how to do it? Super easy: go to the "Contacts" section in the "CRM" menu and click on "Create new contact". There you will see the standard view with the three components: "company, address details and contact details". You can arrange these individually. From now on, the interface will always greet you the way you want it to. Take a look at "MyView" and try it out.
