We have great news: The new Telephone support is here and will bring you and your business further ahead. Read in our blog what exactly will change and how you can benefit from this new service.
As a modern and agile company, we are flexible and always on the lookout for improvements. We listen to the community and from 30.01.2020 will be offering telephone support. During the first phase of the roll-out of the new telephone support, customers with CLASSIC, FLEX, PLUS and ENTERPRISE products will have the option to receive telephone support between 8am and 5pm (Central European Time), Monday to Friday. After a successful implementation of phase one of the roll-out, we plan on extending the offer of telephone support to customers with the BASIC product. Further service offers from certified partner agencies can continue to be booked via our plentyMarketplace.
Telephone support is a charged service that we offer in addition to the free-of charge forum support and will continue to be charged at 2 Euro* excl. VAT per minute and will thus remain price-stable . Support that has been provided will be visible in your “My Account” section. A detailed overview of the provided support topics is now available under the tab “Messenger”. The previously used appointment booking feature will no longer be accessible from 31.01.2020. Support provided via the publicly accessible categories in the customer forum will remain free-of-charge for our customers.

After the Support-Hotline has been called, you will be requested to enter your PIN. This PIN can be found in your “My Account” section of your plentymarkets system. Once you have entered your PIN successfully, you will be authorised for telephone support and transferred to the support team.
